Continue from previous post, here are some of cold dishes served at Jogoya Restaurant.
Oyster! My number one favourite when go to a buffet. The oyster served here is big and fresh. Eat with lemon juice if the taste of the oyster is too strong for you. Also, remember to avoid dairy product if you have eaten at lot of oyster.
My number two buffet favourite, sashimi or also known as Japanese delicacy consisting of very fresh raw meat or fish sliced into thin pieces! Maybe not so thin. There are salmon, tuna, cuttle fish and abalone.
Fresh sashimi salmon. They will replace the salmon once a while to keep it fresh.
Edamame, must have with Japanese dishes.
I’m no very good at identifying Japanese dishes.
Please correct me if I named something inaccurately.
Done with the cold dish, lets move on to the hot dish.
