Sabah and Kota Kinabalu trip final post

This post summarizes our Sabah and Kota Kinabalu blog posts.  Below are all the links to the Sabah’s blog post and some photos.  Definitely will visit Kota Kinabalu again or other parts of Sabah in the future for the food, the nature and the islands.

  1. First of all, we went to eat the nice fish head noodle at Fatt Kee Fish:

  2. Next is our stay for one night at Kinabalu Pine Resort which is located at the foot of Mount Kinabalu and the weather is cold and comfortable but it can get very cold at night:

  3. On the first day we also went to the Poring Hot Spring & Nature Reserve at Ranau to deep our legs into the hot spring:

  4. The next day we went to play with the cows and goats at the Desa Cattle Dairy Farm:

  5. Before we went back to the city of Kota Kinabalu, we went to experience the starting of climbing path of Mount Kinabalu:

  6. And we stop for lunch at Kedai Kopi Jia Siang (家香生肉面) when we reached Kota Kinabalu for the famous local pork noodle:

  7. The next day, we went to river crusing at Weston Jaafar River Lodge which we saw a lot of fireflies in the night cruise:

  8. The journey continues to the Island hopping at Taman Tunku Abdul Rahman which covers two of the island, the Sapi Island and the Manukan Island:

  9. The next day we stop at the roadside to taste the coconut pudding, grilled coconut and BBQ Clam (Lokan Panggang):

  10. After that, we went to see the crocodile at the Tuaran Crocodile Farm:

  11. Food and more food at Lok Kyun Restaurant (乐群酒家) which we ate the local noodle, Tuaran Mee:

  12. After the noodle, we went to the Rumah Terbalik (Upside Down House):

  13. Our last official location at the Mari Mari Cultural Village which we learnt about the natives of Sabah:
